We make ourselves available to you whenever you need us, including the times you have a dental emergency. We understand that emergencies happen and can be inevitable at times. In order to accommodate your needs, we provide you with an emergency helpline number for after hours. Although we prefer to provide our services during regular business hours, we can make special arrangements if needed. We dedicate ample time to take care of your dental needs and to answer any questions you may have.

Executive Concierge Service: ($2500 Yearly Retainer)

Our Executive Concierge service is our version of a non-traditional patient care VIP service. During our initial visit, we will review medical history and medications followed by a comprehensive oral exam and a full set of x-ray. During the visit you will be able to discuss any concerns that you may have and the dentist will provide their recommendations and answer any questions. Our doctors will plan a personalized healthcare treatment based on their diagnosis and your goals. As part of the yearly retainer, you will receive:

• Direct contact information for your assigned dentist who you can call directly 7 days a week
• Same day house call visits for any dental emergency
• 2 exams every year
• Unlimited X-Rays (when indicated)
• Up to 4 cleanings/fluoride treatment a year (every 3 months if indicated)
• Personalized dental care plan including recommendations for daily oral hygiene tools
• 10% Discount on all recommended dental treatment
• And most important of all, NO HOUSE-CALL FEE EVER (a $150 savings per visit)

What’s Extra

We try our best to minimize expenses and maximize the benefits for our patients through our Executive Concierge Service. If you need additional dental treatment beyond the services mentioned above, the cost is based on our UCR fee schedule.
