To do this, we have developed a model that is a little atypical, yet simple to understand.

Here’s how it works…

In-House Care Plans

0-2 Years Old: If you have a child that is 2 years old or younger, they get all care for FREE!!!! Exams, x-rays, cleanings, fillings are at no cost regardless if they have dental insurance or not. If they do have dental insurance, we submit a claim to their insurance, but there is NEVER an out-of-pocket cost to you. We think it’s important for kids to start on the right track with dental care and we want to eliminate the cost barrier to your child receiving their first couple dental check-ups. 3-13 Years Old: It’s critically important for kids 3-13 years old to start visiting a dentist every 6 months for their check-ups and dental cleanings. During their visit, we will prioritize building a trusting relationship with your child and help educate them on the best methods of daily oral care. For kids 3-13 years old, we have developed a dental plan at a great price:

For $35/mo or $385/yr, they will receive:

  • All dental exams including emergency dental exams
    • Emergency dental exams are crucial, as children often get injured during playtime and sports
  • All required X-Rays
  • Two professional dental cleanings w/ fluoride treatment (once every 6 months)
  • 20% off all other dental care procedures
  • Free orthodontic consult if needed when they turn 12 years old (may require referral)

14 and Older: We understand the dental needs for someone 25 years old might look a little different than for someone 95 years young. The quality of daily oral care can change at certain times in our lives. So, we have put together custom care options to meet your specific needs. We want to help you feel the most confident about your smile. Having healthy gums, being cavity-free, maintaining a beautiful smile, and replacing any missing teeth are important at all stages of life.

  • Standard Maintenance Care

    $65/mo

    $715/yr

    you will receive:

  • All dental exams including emergency dental exams
  • All required X-rays
  • Oral cancer screenings
  • 2 Professional Dental Cleanings per year with Fluoride Treatment
  • Complimentary teeth whitening every 6 months at hygiene appointment if desired
  • 20% off all dental care including all cosmetic services
  • Free Invisalign consult and workup if desired (may require referral)
  • 20% off all in-house sold dental supplies (WaterPiks, Electric Toothbrushes, Prescription-strength toothpaste/mouthwash)

  • Enhanced Maintenance Care

    $75/mo

    $825/yr

    you will receive:

  • All of the “Standard Maintenance Care” Benefits plus
  • 1 additional dental cleaning per year (1 cleaning every 4 months)
  • Complimentary antibacterial Gingival irrigation

  • Advanced Periodontal Health Care

    $85/mo

    $935/yr

    you will receive:

  • All of the “Enhanced Maintenance Care” plus
  • 1 additional dental cleaning per year (1 cleaning every 3 months)
  • Complimentary WaterPik to help keep those gums healthy when you sign up

Payment Plan Options

  • In-House Payment Plan:

  • We offer a 3 month no interest in-house payment plan. If you need a little extra time to pay for your dental care, let us know and we can extend your payments out over 3 months. A credit/debit card is required to be on file for this option.

  • Care Credit:

  • We gladly work with Care Credit to help cover your dental cost. This will give you up to 6 months with no interest to pay for your care.

  • Extended Payment Options:

  • We work with a program called Dentifits that allows patients to finance their dental care for up to 2 years. There are no credit checks and interest rates are reasonable. This is a great option for those that might need a little longer to pay their bill. Let us know if you would like more information about this payment option.

Other fees

Outstanding balances: If not on a payment plan, outstanding balances over 30 days will be assessed a $25 fee per month until the patient’s account balance is paid in full. This fee is to cover the administrative cost that is incurred while attempting the collect payment.

Missed Appointments: We strive to stay on schedule to limit you from having to wait a significant amount of time for your appointment. To do this, we block out a dedicated amount of time in our dentists and hygienists’ schedules to see you. This time cannot be recouped if you miss your appointment. If you do miss your appointment, a $50 missed appointment fee must be paid prior to rescheduling your dental appointment. This cost helps pay for wages that are incurred when you miss your appointment and allows us to keep our services affordable for everyone. If there is an emergency, please let us know and we are happy to provide you with a one-time PASS for this fee.
