Dr. Andrew Peterson, DMD, MS

Periodontal Surgeon

Andrew Peterson, DMD, MS, is a periodontal surgeon. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Biology from Carroll College in Helena, Montana, in 2009. Subsequently, he received his Doctor of Dental Surgery and Master of Science from Oregon Health & Science University in Portland in 2013 and 2017, respectively.

He practiced in the greater Portland area until 2019, at which time he accepted an adjunct teaching position at Loma Linda University in the School of Graduate Periodontics.

Dr. Peterson enjoys lecturing and teaching. He is experienced in a wide variety of periodontal regenerative therapies and implantology. He is also a certified LANAP® (laser-assisted new attachment procedure) clinician.

In Motion Dentists is made up of a compassionate, familial team of like-minded caregivers who bring the highest level of compassionate care to each patient they serve. Helping the underserved is a passion for Dr. Peterson and he values the opportunity to be a part of such an amazing practice.

In his spare time, Dr. Peterson enjoys golfing, hiking, biking, and spending time with his son, Luke.
