Applicable to House-Call Patients Only

First and foremost, thank you for considering In Motion Dentists, In-Home Dental Care as your comprehensive dental care provider. We aim to provide you with the best experience possible while offering the highest quality of care at an affordable price. To do this, we have developed a financial model that is a little atypical, yet simple to understand.

Here’s how it works…

PPO Insurance Plans: Although we are not in-network with PPO insurances, we can still work with them. We provide comprehensive and honest care at the most affordable price.  As a courtesy to our patients, we handle the filing of your claim to your dental insurance. You simply pay at the time of service, and we take care of getting your claim to your insurance so you can be reimbursed at their allowable benefits.

Give us a call today to see how we can work with your PPO insurance plan.

HMO Insurance Plans: Unfortunately we do not work with HMO insurance plans. HMO insurances assign you to a dental office that accepts this type of insurance. We understand it can be frustrating when you don’t have a say in who your dental provider is which is why we make sure our services are affordable. Give us a call today if you have questions about your HMO dental plan.

Don’t Have Dental Insurance? About 70% of our patients we see on a house-call basis do not have dental insurance. If you do not have dental insurance, you’re not alone. We have designed our practice and our fees to be affordable for you.

Payment For Services

We accept Apple Pay, Zelle, cash, debit cards, credit cards, and personal checks as payment for your care. To keep costs low and decrease costly collections follow-up, payment is due at the time services are rendered.

 Payment Plan Options

In-House Payment Plan: We offer a 3-month no interest in-house payment plan. If you need a little extra time to pay for your dental care, let us know and we can extend your payments out over 3 months. A credit/debit card is required to be on file for this option.

Care Credit: We gladly work with Care Credit to help cover your dental cost. This will give you up to 6 months with no interest to pay for your care.

Extended Payment Options: We work with a program called Dentifits that allows patients to finance their dental care for up to 2 years. There are no credit checks and interest rates are reasonable. This is a great option for those that might need a little longer to pay their bill. Let us know if you would like more information about this payment option.

Other Fees

Outstanding balances: If not on a payment plan, outstanding balances over 30 days will be assessed at a $25 fee per month until the patient’s account balance is paid in full. This fee is to cover the administrative costs that are incurred while attempting to collect payment.

Missed Appointments: We strive to stay on schedule to limit you have to wait a significant amount of time for your appointment. To do this, we block out a dedicated amount of time for our dentist’s and hygienist’s schedules to see you in your home. This time cannot be recouped if you miss your appointment. If you do miss your appointment, a $150 missed appointment fee must be paid prior to rescheduling your dental appointment. This cost helps pay for wages that are incurred when you miss your appointment and allows us to keep our services affordable for everyone. If there is an emergency, please let us know and we are happy to provide you with a one-time PASS for this fee.
